Delves Wood Bears is a division of Delves Wood Ltd, which is registered in England & Wales. The company registration number is: 6743696. It was formed in July 2009 after Phil Jones-Davies bought a Gund Sidney (Black) Teddy Bear as a first birthday present for his niece. So, impressed by the quality of the bear (not forgetting how cute and cuddly he is...the bear, not Phil), he decided to branch into the online retail world of teddy bears, soft toys and baby gifts.
