# Saturday Delivery orders can be placed any time, but will be dispatched on Friday. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Friday.

^ Royal Mail delivers within two working days by 5.30pm to the following islands: GY1 Herm only (Channel Islands); GY9 Sark (Channel Islands); HS2 Lewis; PA61 Colonsay; PA62-75 Mull; PA78 Coll; ZE2-3 Shetlands. Royal Mail delivers within three working days by 5.30pm to the following islands: KW16-17 Orkney; PH30 Corrour; PH41 Mallaig; PH42 Eigg & Kuck; PH43-44 Rhum & Canna.

We offer shipping to EU member countries and select International destinations using Royal Mail's AirSure service (where available) or 'International Signed For'. The delivery aim for 'International Signed For' is 3-5 (7 for international destinations) working days*, Airsure is about 1 day faster. We use Airsure where it is available, because of it's faster and more secure service (as it is scanned and tracked all the way to your door). 'International Signed For', requires a signature on delivery. 'International Signed For' prices start at £8.50, Airsure from £9.00. The exact cost can be found, by clicking on the "Shipping Options" button on the cart page.

Our Giant Teddy Bears and Giant Soft Toys are only available for EU and International shipping by request, please contact us, providing details of the items you're interested in, so we can calculate the cost of shipping for you. Shipping costs may be high and there is no obligation to purchase after receiving a quote for shipping.

Products will be delivered to the delivery address specified on your order.

Pre-order Items

Pre-ordered items will usually be shipped within 24 hours of becoming available. On some occasions, due to delays beyond our control, an item may not become available on the expected in-stock date. In this event we will notify you of the delay via email.

In-stock Items

We aim to despatch any orders, received before 3:00pm on a working day, on the same day. We aim to despatch any orders, received after 3:00pm, on the following working day.

For UK shipping (only), you can choose to upgrade to First Class mail (which Royal Mail aims to deliver on the next working day*) or Special Next Day delivery (which guarantees your order arriving by 1pm on the next working day*).
