I ordered the Koala bear on the 19th December and was delighted to recieve the bear before Christmas, your delivery service is excellent and I couldn't be happier.
As for the Koala bear, he's adorable and made from lovely soft fabric and to a very high standard. The size was perfect and my 3 year old loves him to bits and loves cuddling up to him as he's so soft and she was delighted to see that he had a belly button.!

I’m very pleased to advise that ‘Harold’ the Bear arrived safe and sound on the 7th working day after ordering.
The reason for my purchase was that my late husband, Harold Petley, passed away on 30 October 2010, and then my eldest daughter had her 3rd child, a boy, on 30 August 2011 and she and her husband named him Zachary Harold. I was searching the ‘net’ for Paddington Bear, intended for Zachary’s Christmas present – but then look what I found – your Harold Bear! So I thought the ‘Harold’ Bear would be just perfect for my new grandson’s first Christmas present.
I was most impressed with your service – you kept me up to-date with ‘Harold’s’ progress travelling the world, and as I said he arrived here in New Zealand safe and sound. So many thanks. And I have passed on your website details to several of my friends.

On the (fast) receipt of the package, I was concerned that the wrong sized koala had been sent and immediately emailed Delves Wood Bears, panic stricken. They were very reassuring and sent a product code number to check on the koala's label. Could not have been more helpful or more understanding, top notch service.

I ordered several items on line from various companies at the start of the year during the heavy snowfall. Of all the items my Gund bear turned up within two days, where other items took over two weeks blaming the weather conditions. My only negative was that I bought another couple of bears 2 weeks earlier on 3rd Jan and was disappointed that they had since been reduced in price in the sale.
The Basil Bear that i purchased from you is absolutely gorgeous. My nephew was so excited when he saw him. I would also like to say a huge thank you for ensuring that the delivery was made before Christmas even though i ordered him at very short notice.
I will definitely be ordering from you in the future.
